Ongoing Membership Requirements
Induction is not the finish line. Members are expected to continue reflecting the standards of scholarship, service, leadership, and character used as the basis for their selection.
Every spring, our newest members are formally welcomed into the chapter at the Spring Induction Ceremony, a tradition held at Northside Baptist Church.
Members must maintain at least a 3.6 weighted GPA throughout their senior year, and continue to reflect the standards used as the basis for selection.
Held the first Thursday of each school month during Flex in the media center. Meetings are mandatory; members may not miss more than three. Anyone who misses a meeting must meet with an adviser for makeup. Missing a meeting for a CFCC class is excused if you provide a copy of your class schedule and attend the make-up meeting held during Flex the following day.
By May 4th, from a combination of individual projects, at least one group project offered monthly, mandatory meeting attendance, and at least 10 hours of school-related service, all pre-approved.
$25 in dues is required, paid online through SchoolCashOnline by December 16th.
At least 12 service points must be earned by December 16th. Members who fall short are placed on probation and risk dismissal if unresolved by the January meeting.
All active members participate in the Spring Induction Ceremony each April at Northside Baptist Church.
